At MDC, our educational staff and volunteers are the backbone of our organization. Our interview is a casual, 15-to-20-minute phone call. It’s an opportunity for us to connect, discuss your background, and see how your unique skills can best support the organization.

How to Prepare:

• Reflect on your journey: Be ready to talk about your past experiences in the marching arts, education, or relevant volunteer roles.

• Share your goals: Think about what you hope to bring to the MDC environment and what you want to achieve with us.

• Keep it flexible: Have a general idea of your seasonal availability.
